Beach Bootcamp

Come for a workout that is never the same to keep your body guessing! Designed to build strength, endurance, burn calories, and build lean muscle. This boot camp style workout in the sand will not disappoint. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we’ll see you on the beach! All equipment provided. Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.

Yogilates

A 2-in-1 workout, that combines Pilates and Yoga motions. Developing core strength and stabilization with a series of yoga poses to improve flexibility and structure. Mats and blocks are provided. Water and sunscreen are recommended.

Core & Stretch

Join our instructors out by the waves for a bodyweight based core class. After core, a well-deserved relaxing stretch for your muscles to leave you feeling light and ready to tackle the day.

Sunrise Yoga

Take in the amazing view of the sun rising over the beach with slower paced vinyasa class designed to wake you up, increase your strength and flexibility, and leave you ready to take on your day. No yoga experience necessary. Mats are provided. Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.

Yoga on The Beach

Yoga on the beach is hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness, calm the mind and build strength and flexibility. Previous yoga experience is not required. Yoga mats are provided.  Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.
