Since we welcomed our first guests in 1976, Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s mission has always been to provide each guest with an unparalleled experience through our caring, gracious service—in the tradition of genuine Southern Hospitality—and through world-class amenities and facilities. True to that spirit, we fully renovated all five of our championship golf courses and are now in the midst of an island-wide expansion, adding a collection of stunning new resort buildings and improvements that enhance our already exceptional offerings.
With a reimagined Nature Center and Art Studio, eight lanes of bowling, immersive golf simulators, and a lively arcade, The Treehouse brings a new dimension of recreation to Night Heron Park. Families can also gather at the inviting pub, a relaxed setting for casual dining and drinks together. Enhancing the resort’s diverse lineup of amenities, this vibrant addition creates a central hub for creativity, play, and connection—offering something for every generation to enjoy.

The newly reimagined clubhouse enhances one of Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s most storied athletic venues with thoughtful new additions designed to serve players and students. A modern pro shop offers the latest tennis and pickleball gear and apparel, while a dedicated classroom and fitness center supports the continued growth and development of Barth-Hawtin Tennis Academy. The all-new Courtside Café, with expansive seating areas, invites guests to relax and recharge with light snacks and refreshments in a casual, courtside setting.
