Roll on down to the Night Heron Park Stage for our special Easter Egg Roll. Customize your wooden egg and enter the bracket style tournament to watch them go head-to-head down our custom ramp.

Duck Derby

Slide on down to Night Heron Kids’ Pool for our duck derby. Choose and customize your racer, come up with your most creative name, and enter the bracket-style tournament to watch them go head-to-head down the water slide.
Please note that Kiawah Island Golf Resort pool usage and Duck Derby is exclusive to resort guests and Governor’s Club members. 4:20 cut off time, no people will be allowed to enter the bracket after this time. Event is complimentary, ducks available while supplies last.

Egg Decorating Workshop

What happens if you put all of your eggs in one basket? “Wooden” you like to find out at our egg decorating workshop! Guests will be given a basket with 6 wooden eggs to decorate, all materials supplied. Don’t whisk traveling home with boiled eggs, these creations are guaranteed to never egg-spire! Sample eggs will be on hand for some “eggstra” inspiration, or feel free to “eggspress” yourself with your own designs.

Pre-Egg Hunt Entertainment with Rick Hubbard

Sand Sculpting Contest

Grab your shovels and buckets to make a “sandtastic” sand sculpture at this annual event! Bring the family out to The Sanctuary Beach Access and create your best Easter-themed sculpture. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams that demonstrate the most creativity and best presentation of their sculpture. A limited amount of shovels and buckets will be available for use.

Stuffed Animal Factory: Easter Edition

Hop into the Easter spirit with a fun and memorable crafting experience! Select and stuff your very own Easter-themed furry friend—choose from adorable bunnies, chicks, and other festive animals. Add a special touch by placing a heart inside your stuffed animal, making it uniquely yours. You can also create a birth certificate to name your new friend and remember your time spent on Kiawah Island.
