Join us for a wonderful session of hatha yoga. Our class combines a mix of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and restorative poses. Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate yogi, we’ll guide you through the practice, using your breath to create body awareness, calm your mind, and enhance your strength and flexibility.
No previous yoga experience is necessary! Mats are provided. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and drinking water. Ages 13 and up. Reservations required, call 843.768.6001. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. $20 per person.
