Accommodations must be booked by February 1, 2022 and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or package, and is not valid for group reservations.

We are delighted to share the following changes new for 2022 that will help ensure you and your family enjoy the very best possible experience during your next visit.
FLEXIBLE SUMMER DATES
We are introducing advance bookings of our largest properties (three or more bedrooms) with an eight-night minimum stay. This change will offer you greater flexibility for your travel dates than the former Saturday-to Saturday booking requirement. We may exercise the option to reduce the minimum stay requirement for any remaining accommodations within four to six months of the booking date.
RESORT DINING
Beginning January 1, 2022, when you book directly through Kiawah Island Golf Resort you will enjoy preferred pricing at all resort restaurants when you charge dine-in meals to the amenity card you receive at registration. You may book dining reservations up to six months in advance. To help ensure our guests receive first choice for dining, we are allowing non-guest diners to make reservations no sooner than 72 hours in advance.
WORLD-CLASS GOLF
You will receive preferred tee-time availability and rates for golf rounds. You may book your tee times up to one year in advance of your visit. To ensure greater availability and first choice of courses for our guests, non-guests will be able to book tee times no sooner than 60 days in advance of play.
We have also adjusted our deposit and cancellation policies. Beginning January 1, 2022, a deposit of 50 percent of the total cost will be due to secure a reservation, regardless of the length of stay. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, after which the entirety of the reservation will become nonrefundable.
