Kiawah is Dining Out For Life®

Dining Out For Life® , an international event of food and fellowship, takes place on the same day (April 25th) in more than 60 cities across North America each year. Dining Out For Life® benefits the Ryan White Wellness Center at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, a program that provides free or reduced cost HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs.

In 2018, the event raised over $4.2 million across the country, and over $35,000 right here in Charleston. Our Kiawah Island Golf Resort clubhouse restaurants (The Atlantic Room at The Ocean Course, Tomasso at Turtle Point, and Osprey Point’s Cherrywood BBQ & Ale House) have been participating in Dining Out For Life® since 2014, donating a percentage of our checks to help win the fight against HIV/AIDS right here in the Lowcountry. The Charleston-North Charleston area consistently rank in the top 25 metropolitan cities for HIV/AIDS rates making the disease a growing concern for many in the tri-county.

In its 9th year, Dining Out For Life®, continues to raise money for HIV education, prevention outreach, and client services in Charleston. Over 50 local restaurants are joining in the fight against HIV/AIDS, and we are proud to be three of those. Join us on Thursday, April 25th and Dine Out & Give Back. #DineOutFightAIDS
