Atlantic Room’s Country Captain is a genuine ocean medley made with Fresh Catch, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, and Crab in a flavorful Curry Broth. Served over Carolina Gold Rice and topped with Curried Almonds. A satisfying dish that combines comfort and coastal flavors.

Chef Justin began his culinary journey at just 16, gaining experience in restaurant kitchens. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, he built an impressive resume working with several prestigious establishments, shaping his approach to cuisine, one that celebrates technical skill and thoughtful execution.
