Beach Bootcamp

Come for a workout that is never the same to keep your body guessing! Designed to build strength, endurance, burn calories, and build lean muscle. This boot camp style workout in the sand will not disappoint. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we’ll see you on the beach! All equipment provided. Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.
Location: Sanctuary Beach | $18/person


Sea Aqua Aerobics

This sand and water hybrid course is the perfect way to get your heart pumping. Accommodating most fitness levels, this 45 minute course will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and refreshed! A bathing suit or clothes that can get wet are suggested. All equipment is provided. Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.

Sun-Down Yoga

Come out to the beach to acclimate your body and soul to the setting sun. Yoga mats are provided. Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.

Sunrise Yoga

Take in the amazing view of the sun rising over the beach with slower paced vinyasa class designed to wake you up, increase your strength and flexibility, and leave you ready to take on your day. No yoga experience necessary. Mats are provided. Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.

Yoga on The Beach

Yoga on the beach is hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness, calm the mind and build strength and flexibility. Previous yoga experience is not required. Yoga mats are provided.  Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.

Yogilates on the Beach

Yogilates is a combination of Pilates poses developing core strength and stabilization, and a series of yoga poses to improve flexibility and structure. This combination of yoga and pilates helps tone and condition major muscle groups in a beautiful beach setting. Yoga mats are provided.  Towel, sunscreen and drinking water recommended.
