Attire: The Ocean Room offers a luxury dining experience; we request that guests dress accordingly in elevated attire that respects the restaurants elegant and opulent aesthetic. Long-sleeved collared shirt, dress slacks, and closed-toe shoes are required for gentleman; jackets are recommended. Cocktail attire is recommended for ladies. Golf shirts, ripped clothing, shorts, casual sandals, and athletic wear are not permitted.
Welcome aboard an exhilarating culinary journey spanning cultures and continents. Chef Steven Brooks ushers in a series of seasonal wine-paired chef’s tasting menus inspired by the diverse locales he has cooked in around the globe. Embarking on this voyage with delicacies from his native Germany, each month Chef Brooks will then infuse each subsequent menu with ingredients and dishes drawn from a different tradition spanning across Western Europe, East and Southeast Asia, and North America.
The Ocean Room’s Ribeye is USDA Certified Angus Beef, 21-day wet-aged and is available in a 16-ounce portion. It’s most commonly paired with house-made béarnaise sauce.
