From an annual association conference for up to 1,000 members in the 10,000-square-foot Carolina Ballroom to an executive board meeting in the 320-square-foot Magnolia Breakout Room—and each type of event or gathering in between—you can find the ideal space for every group and any purpose within the West Beach Conference Center.

Ceilings as Lofty as Your Vision
At its lowest point, the Carolina Ballroom soars 17 feet to its ceiling. This height can accommodate impressive vertical displays and modern AV setups stretching across the vast expanse of the 10,000-square-foot space. Of course, groups also have the option to utilize a partial space—six air-walls can divide the ballroom in up to 15 distinct configurations that range from 1,219 to 7,561 square feet.
