Postcard Making

12:30-2pm | The Treehouse Amphitheater

The best way to cherish and share your wonderful memories here at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. This complimentary event lets you customize a blank postcard with fun stickers, tape, and colored pencils to make it uniquely yours! You will then be able to write a heartfelt note to send to a loved one or yourself to remember your vacation. You do the designing, we do the sending.

Play-Doh Contest

1 – 1:45 pm | Night Heron Stage

The perfect contest for all ages to spark some playful competition! This creative challenge will have participants sculpting unique designs to our suited themes. Showcase your creativity and skill in a fun, hands-on way.

Vanderhorst Mystery

2-3:15pm | Night Heron Park Stage

The Vanderhorst family shaped Kiawah Island for nearly two centuries as leaders both in governance and agriculture. Their restored plantation house still stands as a testament to the island’s deep Lowcountry history, and their name lives on in the luxurious Vanderhorst mansion deep into the island.

Step into the world of fiction as you join James Vanderhorst and a select group of his trusted friends and colleagues at his grand estate for an elegant dinner party. But as the evening unfolds, a chilling mystery emerges… and someone among you may not be who they seem. This will be an immersive narrated experience that provides you with confidential clues and backstories, the rest is up to you and your co-conspirators to determine who is guilty. Work together… or deceive the others. After all, you might just be the one with something to hide.

Minute to Win It

2:30-4pm | Night Heron Park Stage

Do you crack under pressure? Gather a team and come find out while completing 60 second tasks to see who has what it takes. Get ready for a quick event full of laughs and challenges. Test your skills on mini games such as Face the Cookie and Sticky Marbles in our spin on Minute To Win It.

Lucky Strike

3:30 – 4:30pm | Night Heron Soccer Field

Take aim and score big in this exciting soccer challenge! Players kick soccer balls at a variety of obstacles, each worth different points. Test your accuracy, power, and strategy as you rack up points and compete for the top score!

3v3 Basketball Tournament (Kiawah Madness)

5:30pm and 6:30pm  | Night Heron Basketball Court

Join us at the Night Heron Park Basketball Court for a 3v3 Basketball Tournament! Come alone or with a team to play against the island’s top basketball talent. We’ll get the crowd; you call the fouls! Youth games begin at 5:40pm. Adult games begin at 6:40pm. Prizes awarded to the winning team in each category.

Admission is complimentary, no reservations required. Please arrive ten minutes early to register your team. Youth tournament is open to ages 12 and under. Those 13 and over will be required to play in the adult tournament.

The Treehouse Activity Center

Get ready for non-stop fun at The Treehouse Activity Center! We’ve combined the best of indoor entertainment and outdoor inspiration with bowling lanes, cutting-edge golf simulators, a vibrant arcade, a creative art studio, a tasty pub style restaurant and a fascinating nature center, making us the ultimate destination for families, friends, and adventurers of all ages to enjoy, rain or shine.

Art Studio: Open Studio

10:00am – 4:00pm

Join us throughout the month for a special ceramic bunny painting. Our open studio offers an extensive selection of craft options suitable for families, adults and children. Unleash your imagination as you delve into pottery painting, shark tooth and shell necklace making, wood crafts, canvas painting, and much more.

Prices for each project will vary based on your chosen masterpiece(s). Kiln projects, such as pottery painting, are available for pick up 2-3 days after completion. Shipping is available. Private Bike Lesson

10 – 10:30am and 11 – 11:30 am Friday and Saturday | 9 – 9:30am and 10 – 10:30am Monday | Night Heron Park

Learn to ride a bike! One of our Recreation staff members will teach you to ride a bike on your own. Bicycle and helmet provided. Lessons are 30 minutes long.
