Beach Bootcamp

Come for a workout that is never the same to keep your body guessing. Designed to build strength, burn calories, and build lean muscle, this bootcamp style workout in the sand will not disappoint. We’ll see you on the beach!
$25/person. Ages 13+. Class is 45 minutes long. Reservations are required, please call 843.768.6001. All equipment provided, we recommend that you bring water and sunscreen. Subject to availability.
