Kiawah chefs join the 2025 Charleston Wine + Food Festival after just recently wrapping up an unforgettable culinary weekend at our annual Gourmet & Grapes event.

This year, for the 17th consecutive year, our chefs are thrilled to be participating in the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, a premier celebration that brings together the finest wines, gourmet cuisine from internationally renowned culinary talent, and connoisseurs from around the country. Authorities such as Travel Channel routinely name it among the top culinary festivals in the US. Whether you’re a connoisseur or a casual sipper, this festival offers something for everyone. Join us as we celebrate the art of winemaking and indulge in everything this amazing event has to offer.

We are excited to have some of our amazing Kiawah chefs join the 2025 Charleston Food + Wine Festival this spring, each bringing their unique culinary flair to the weekend’s events. Here’s a look at the exciting schedule for the events our chefs will contribute to:

Festival Event Lineup

Amuse Bouche – Chef Steve Brooks

Chef Steven Brooks of The Ocean Room, recently awarded a Five-Star rating for his exceptional culinary creations, will be kicking off the weekend with a signature amuse-bouche. Last year Chef Brooks teamed with Chef Steven Greene of The Umstead in North Carolina for an exclusive multicourse wine-paired dinner hosted in the Wine Room in The Ocean Room, the premier event of the 2024 Wine + Food Festival.
