DESCRIPTION:Hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness\, calm the mind\, and build strength and flexibility all while taking in the beauty of the beach. Previous yoga experience is not required. \n$25/person. Ages 13+. Reservations are required\, please call 843.768.6001. Mats are provided\, we recommend that you bring water and sunscreen. SUMMARY:Private Swimming Lessons
DESCRIPTION:Make sure your kids can take part in all the fun. Allow one of our trained instructors to teach your children the basics of swimming or help your swimmer perfect their stroke. Our private lessons are perfect for swimmers who need a more individualized and personalized swim or stroke lesson. All instructors are certified in First Aid and CPR. \n$40/person for 30 minute lesson. Ages 3 and up. Reservations required\, 843.768.6001\, 24-hour cancellation policy applies.  Optional drop off at Kamp Kiawah for existing Kamp reservations only after completion of lesson.
