Yogilates on the beach is a combination of Pilates poses developing core strength and stabilization, and a series of yoga poses to improve flexibility and structure. This combination of yoga and Pilates helps tone and condition major muscle groups.
$25/ person. Ages 13+. Advance reservations required, call 843.768.6001. Mats are provided, we recommend that you bring water and sunscreen. 3 person minimum for class to run. 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Schedule subject to change.
