Yoga on the Beach

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until August 31, 2021
Hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness, calm the mind, and build strength and flexibility all while taking in the beauty of the beach.
Ages 13 and up. Previous yoga experience is not required. Mats are provided, we recommend that you bring water, a towel, and sunscreen. Advanced reservations are required, call 843.768.6001. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. 3 person minimum for class to run. Schedule subject to change.
