Yogilates on the beach is a combination of pilates poses developing core strength and stabilization, and a series of yoga poses to improve flexibility and structure. This combination of yoga and pilates helps tone and condition major muscle groups.
Mats are provided. Drinking water, towel and sunscreen is recommended. Schedule subject to change. Reservations required, 843.768.6001.
