Yoga on the Beach

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, repeating until November 23, 2020
Hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness, calm the mind, and build strength and flexibility all while taking in the beauty of the beach.
Previous yoga is not required. Mats are provided, we recommend that you bring water, towel, and sunscreen. For more information or to reserve your spot, please call 843.768.6001 between 8:30 AM – 5 PM daily. Schedule subject to change. Reservations required. 24 hour cancellation policy.
