Hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness, calm the mind, and build strength and flexibility all while taking in the beauty of the beach.
$18 per person. Ages 13 and up. Previous yoga is not required. Mats are provided, we recommend that you bring water, towel, and sunscreen. Reservations are required, call 843.768.6001. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. 3 person minimum for class to run. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines with people outside your group.
