This Transition Clinic by Blue Sky Endurance will provide information on setting up your transition area and tips on more efficient transitions. Learn what to do before, during, and after T1 (swim to bike) and T2 (bike to run). This will be an interactive clinic – where each attendee will be practicing transitioning with his/her own gear. Please bring your tri, cycling and running gear (no bikes needed) – as well as a towel and flip flops. This event is free and no advance reservations are required.
Coach Siobhan Maize will be leading the Transition Clinic. Siobhan has been involved with endurance sports for 17 years, running multiple marathons, ultra-marathons, endurance swims, and triathlons of all distances from sprint to ironman, to a double ironman. She has coached triathletes for a number of years and she believes that being successful in any sport requires consistency and determination, mixed in with a positive attitude and a lot of fun.
