Ashtanga yoga with a focus on smooth vinyasa movements to relax the body and challenge your flexibility. Maintain a steady pace while engaging all of the core muscles. Working at intermediate and expert levels, centering on strengthening the inner physical postures. Flow through Power Vinyasa Yoga effortlessly, while breathing in the ocean breeze and capturing the Atlantic waves. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
