Are you participating in the 2022 Kiawah Island Golf Resort Marathon but don’t know how to get your body fueled and energized?
We are partnering with Endurance Nutrition and Registered Dietitian Kayla Fitzgerald, who is eager in helping lead you in the right direction. Kayla offers 3 types of services that range from boosting your daily diet to getting ready for that big race and breaking a new PR. The fueling diets are customized based on your needs to get you 100% ready for the big day or that goal you set yourself to complete. Kayla offers 3 different services: 5-week Marathon Program, 1:1 Nutrition Training, Self-Guided Course.
On race weekend, join Registered Dietitian Kayla Fitzgerald for a nutrition workshop specifically geared towards athletes and long distance runners. The 30-minute presentation will cover topics including preparation and recovery, followed by a 15-minute question and answer session. Discussion is located in Azalea 4 & 5. Admission is complimentary, no reservation required.
