Our Beach Pilates class is a mat-based session designed for all levels, combining the foundational principles of Pilates with the calming energy of the ocean. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this beachside flow will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and empowered.
$25/person. Ages13+. Mats will be provided for your convenience. Please remember to bring water and sunscreen. Reservations are required, please call 843.768.6001. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Schedule subject to change.
