Come for a workout that is never the same to keep your body guessing! Designed to build strength, burn calories, and build lean muscle, this boot camp style workout in the sand will not disappoint. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we’ll see you on the beach!
$25/ person. Ages 13+. Class is 45 minutes long. Advanced reservations required, call 843.768.6001. All equipment provided, we recommend that you bring water and sunscreen. 3 person minimum for class to run. Schedule subject to change.
